At Smooth Staffing, we are committed to providing high-quality staffing solutions tailored to your business needs. Below are the details of our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies.
Service Fulfillment
•Service Offering: We provide full-time remote employees at a rate of $7 per hour, equating to $280 per week for a 40-hour workweek.
•Hiring Process:
•Step 1: Contact our team to discuss your staffing needs.
•Step 2: We search for candidates that fit your requirements.
•Step 3: Conduct remote interviews with shortlisted candidates.
•Step 4: Onboard your selected remote worker.
•Communication: We facilitate communication through the tawk.to dashboard and other agreed-upon platforms.
Refund Policy
•Non-Refundable Services: Once staffing services have commenced, all sales are final and non-refundable.
•Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If a client cancels before the staffing process begins, a 50% refund may be considered, subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation Policy
•Notice Period: Clients may cancel their subscription or service agreement by providing written notice at least 7 days in advance.
•Post-Commencement Cancellation: Cancellations after the staffing process has begun are not eligible for a refund.
•Service Non-Fulfillment: If Smooth Staffing fails to fulfill its obligations, clients may request a review for potential reimbursement.
